Great service our waitress Emerald was really great! My shrinp was a little cold but overall my entire family enjoyed our dinner. Try the Patron kicker if you're of age 👍🏽

Very pricey for what you get and they are very much under staffed. They were doing a great job at keep everyone distance except in the bathrooms. There is no way to maintain social distancing when washing your hands.I would have also like to see them using disposable cloths like paper towel when wiping down counters and chairs. I mean they use the same cloths to wipe off the seat where your butt is as they use it to clean where you eat.

We are just stopping over night here, but I would recommend this restaurant. The service was great, the food was fantastic, and it's close to the hotels!

Ok. So my partner, myself and my stepson came out to dinner for a family night out. My partner told our waiter that he had to have his burger without onions because he is highly allergic to them. Then when his burger came out the first time it had onions on it. Our waiter, Hollis, was extremely nice and polite and offered to help any way he could. But we waited an additional half an hour for a burger to come out with no fries and looked like it had been just thrown together. Like seriously, what kind of a restaurant are you people running. Is this how you would want to be served if you went out to dinner?? It doesn't take a half an hour to make a burger. So ridiculous. I doubt that we will be back anytime soon

We had lunch here. It was a nice meal. The sandwiches were huge. One had the pulled pork and the other had the bacon cheeseburger. They really liked them. I had an entree and sides. The Caesar salad was crisp and fresh. My entree was chopped steak and mushrooms. I passed on the cheese. It was well done. I used steak sauce but probably should have opted for gravy. The mashed potatoes were good and we'll seasoned.It was a special day fir us so $40 for the three if us was reasonable. That was entrees and non alcoholic drinks. Our server was Connor. She was friendly and efficient. Our order was filled rather quickly. (This was a plus because we were running late for a movie and were cutting it close.) She checked on us after we got our order.It was a nice visit. If we are in the area I am sure we will visit again.

Food was really good and our waitress was the best ever. We enjoyed our dining experience.

My dad and I come to this location once every couple of months for a good steak dinner. The staff is always friendly and helpful. Our food is always done to perfection. Excellent food and service!

I got drinks and one of the drinks had a fruit fly floating around it in. First I have to use the flash light on my phone to prove it to the girl that it was a fruit fly, then she offered to make me another drink then I informed her that fruit flies are found in bottles ( I was a bartender in college) so that means all the drinks she poured me was from the same bottle and had the same fruit fly in it. I almost demanded to see the bottle because my guess it had several in it. I never heard of a bottle having just one fly in it. But I got my bill and it had 3 drinks on it so I paid it and tipped her, because I’m respectful and not into making scenes. I’ll just never go there again and leave this review. I enjoy the food a lot though, maybe I’ll do carry outs from now on. Just super disappointed especially in these times, and I had to pay for the drinks too? Poured out of the fruit fly bottle? That’s ridiculous. Sorry

This is a great place to eat. Reasonably priced and usually good service. Only issues are that the prices can be a bit high based on the meal you get, and there can be long wait times to be seated. Otherwise one of our favorite restaurants!

The true measure of a perfect steak is one prepared as requested and one to be enjoyed with out steak sauce. If you desire this kind of steak then you must get one here.I had the Ft. Worth 16 oz Ribeye. Texas Roadhouse is the only place outside of Texas you can get a steak this delicious. FYI...the rolls are divine.

I love this place. It's reasonably priced delicious food and the staff is very friendly. My favorite restaurant to have a great steak and ribs.

One star since that's the minimum. I'll try to keep this short. To-Go order placed at 420 for 530 pickup thru the app. Arrived at 530. Checked in at 535. Was asked to wait in my car. Thirty mins later I call the store to check on order. They tell me they are two hours behind on To-Go orders. My phone number and email were attached to the order but was never notified of any delay. Ten mins after phone call I go back to check-in station where I'm asked to wait in my car, again. I asked for a manager. The manager was able to walk to the back and 2 mins later came out with our order. We got our food at 620 (50 mins past pickup time) with no communication initiated by TR staff. Order was discounted 50% and manager said she "threw in some extras" for our trouble. Got home, unpacked the order, and guess what...there were no extras. Still unsure why the wait was so long but the manager was able to produce our entire order promptly only after I asked to speak to her.

This place was awesome. Our server zach was the best we have ever had. Kept the table clean and our food was perfect. Very friendly and professional. Will definitely be back

The service was really amazing, the atmosphere was great , unfortunately the steaks (I took a bone in reab eye and my sons took reeb eye and NU streep , was closer to rare that the requested medium, and had to get back on the grill. Sill, this place is one of my favorite.

Great portions and good quality for the price. My steak was cooked perfectly. Some of my fries were a little underdone, though. Rattlesnake bites appetizer is crazy delicious. Rolls are a little underwhelming. Refills on drinks were a little slow, but every table in the place was occupied so that probably had something to do with it. Waitress was an okay amount of attentive for how busy the place was. Would definitely go back based on flavor and value.My main complaint is how they do the seating. Hostess prints out a ticket then someone else comes and seats you. It just seems redundant and causes people to have to wait to be seated until the next seater is available. With the # of people waiting up front, it just gets unnecessarily congested with this process. Didn't have to wait for a table for 2, but would definitely utilize call-ahead seating if thinking about going during a busier time.

It was my first visit to this location, as the Roadhouse is one of of not my favorite restaurant. The staff was very friendly, professional, attentive and prompt upon arrival. As usual they were very busy but managed to handle things seamless and efficiently. Overall the facility was very clean including the restrooms. The quality and freshness of our order was great along with the waitress/food service. The only reason for the 4 stars instead of 5 was due to the extended wait on straws for the drinks. Other then that I was very impressed and would recommend this location for any occasion.

Steaks very well cooked and sweet potato fries

Delicious steak and green beans. The green beans are so sweet. I assume from the smokes ham in the green beans. The service was excellent. Clean inviting fun atmosphere. Definitely go again soon.

Best food I've eaten in a American restaurant and with no long wait. It was well seasoned, plenty of bread and drinks, inexpensive, wonderful staff, Awesome waitress Liz, very clean dinning area, great tasting bbq grilled chicken, sauteed mushrooms & onions, 6oz sirloin steaks, buttered corn, seasoned rice, green beans, mashed potato. I can't wait to go back.

Very well kept and accessible spot. They offer large meals and for reasonable rates. I liked the meals very much and the staff were super welcoming and chatty. Recommended.

I love Texas roadhouse because I feel that it's one of the few chain restaurants that can consistently produce a well cooked steak. I am picky when it comes to beef and they always cook mine the way I like it (medium). Kudos to the staff here!

I love Texas Roadhouse. Today I ordered 2 meals that came to a considerable amount of money. Got it home and did not have my order, I had someone else's. Not 2 steak meals, but 1. I was tired, hungry and had driven more miles to get Texas Roadhouse steak than I would have if I had gone to Longhorn. Needless to say, I was upset when I called to report this. I spoke with the manager, Robin and after having some words, she fixed my bill and told me she didn't want to lose my family as customers. I'm giving the manager 5 stars because she deserves them. Thank you Robin.

Texas Roadhouse is officially my favorite restaurant! I've had two great experiences at this restaurant. The food is full of spectacular flavor, from the hot fresh bread they bring you in the beginning to the entrees, and the sides! The waitstaff is also super friendly and helpful. Our waitress told us that all of the food is made fresh in house, and you can definitely taste it! Five stars!

The service was pretty good and the food was very good. This was our second time getting the ribs from there and i wasn't impressed so i dont recommend them. But the country fried chicken, chilli and steak was on point.

My experience at this Texas Roadhouse location was good. Out server was wonderful and made sure we dined great. It was the first time I tried their salmon, it was so tasty and cooked just right.

We reserved for 8 people they took us to a six seater. We waited to order drinks waited for them to come waited to order food 1 table finally got their food and the other waited 15 minutes more person at table 1 asked for no onions on burger guess what there were onions ( he is allergic) everyone else was done eating eating before he got his Burger back. No apology no comped food nothing..No sense of urgency. We will not be back

My daughter and I are a huge fan of Texas Roadhouse. We have been going to them since she was born. We love their bread with butter and obviously the steaks.This one was not any different. The service was polite, wait was short and food was amazing. The manager came to check up on us twice.. the only reason why we would not five five stars was the fact the the steak was WAY overdone.. but they were nice about it! Otherwise a great experience as always

This Texas Roadhouse in Kenwood is AWESOME! THEY ROCK!!! GREAT STAFF!!! GREAT FOOD TOO!

My grandson ordered a bacon cheeseburger and declared it tasted better than anything he'd ever eaten before and definitely the best tasting hamburger ever made. The steak was definitely one of the best I've ever eaten. The sides are so so but the rolls with honey butter are absolutely scrumptious!

Well, Texas Roadhouse is our favorite restaurant. We usually go to the Ft. Wright location, however they had a 135 minute wait.....now I know why. We got on the waitlist and was seated rather quickly. That is the only positive thing I can say. We were sat at 652 order taken about 710. At 740 the server came back to tell us our food was never put in. Now an hour later and not one manager has been seen. Had to ask for a refill for drinks. In the meantime we are still waiting. The server, which told us out order was not put in, picked up a tip, checked on another table before "fast tracking" our order. While we are still waiting! I will wait 135 minutes for Ft. Wright next time as I have waited that long sitting in the booth!

Best dinner out for some time. Service was Great, food was great ...would have liked 50% less people there, but how would you survive.

I have not had a bad meal yet and the pricing on their menu is awesome! Great food, good portions, and an excellent staff. They must have one of the best training programs as every server I've had is well knowledged and super nice and accommodating. Really awesome value Meals on back of menu for $9-10.. have enjoyed half of them thus far.

Food was great service was good but we froze trying to enjoy our dinner. When asked if we could move to another table we were told we would have to start all over. Excuse me? Yes because we called ahead we were already assigned a table? Huh? Yep you will have to wait all over again even though we already had our salads. Maybe next visit will be when its warm outside.

This was a great steakhouse. The place was very lively and enjoyable. The food was good. I enjoyed the atmosphere here. Peanuts are good too!

On the way home, we stopped at Texas Roadhouse for lunch, and though I have been there before, this was the first time since the pandemic. The food was adequate, the service mediocre and the overall experience was "meh". Any place can have an off day and that was my overall impression from the visit.

I love this place. Their steak and shrimp combo is amazing. Their rolls and apple butter are my favorite. The waitress we had was so nice and punctual. Took good care of us.

Great service. Rolls, steak, salad and ranch amazing. Chicken dry, pork chop dry. Potatoes not great.Upon arrival, a young female worker was standing just outside, to the left of the building (next to the tree), smoking weed. Disgusting smell coming inside with a family. Reported to greeter. If employees want to smoke, especially weed, they should definitely NOT do it right by the entrance. Some people CHOOSE not to smoke for a reason.

Was our first "date night" dinner since covid. My wife and I usually go to another location, but they had a hour and half wait and we had a sitter already so we called and they got us right in. Food was amazing as always and the staff were doing an excellent job of trying to work under these new distancing rules. Our server Emerald was great!! May have to drive past our usual TR and make a drive to Blue Ash!!

Love the rolls course. Not so the ribs, they were both tough and dry. Not to mention the having way more fat than a normal rack of ribs. Service was good though.
